We loved our stay at Priory Barn and were welcomed by a lovely complementary basket of wine and snacks. The barn itself is very characterful and ideal for big family groups. There is also a large garden that is great for outdoor activities. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful break and Priory Barn was perfect for our family gathering; spacious, comfortable and well- equipped. The layout worked really well for us and the pool table was a hit. Paul and Linley were very quick to reply to a query. There are so many fabulous places to visit nearby and the countryside is glorious.One small point - the outdoor sun umbrella didn’t look usable.

Wonderful house and garden. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Location very convenient- train to London from Sevenoaks and coast only an hour away.

Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!
