Near Falmouth docks/train station. 20 minute walk in to town. Big kitchen/dinning room which was well equipped. Shower was good.
Bottle of wine, biscuits, milk and toilet roll all in apartment on arrival. nice touch.
Couldn't close bathroom windows.
Garden was untidy, not that we would have used it in February.

It was close to local amenities
We were extremely disappointed with our stay….slippery driveway (when it rained) with missing tiles; the misleading information about the view… we were looking into a part derelict building with a small gap for a glimpse of the sea, the online description was totally misleading; the damp patches in the rear bedroom on the walls and ceiling; the huge pool of water in the front porch when it rained; the leaking shower tray ….
