Location is excellent, right in the centre of Falmouth, near many eating establishments, overlooking a quayside. Each room is en-suite, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with lovely view, light and airy. Effective central heating with simple controls.Good communication with owner.

We loved the house. It has a wonderful old world charm and fabulous views. . We were excellently catered for in all aspects, right down to bin liners and extra loo roll! Centrally situated with everything on the doorstep, pubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, and literally minutes from our doorstep. Even Gilly beach is just a leisurely 20 minute walk. 10 minutes from the town train station, We didn’t have far to travel to and from the house, although there is parking on the harbour too. Everything in the kitchen you could need..including coffee makers, even a grinder for coffee beans! Absolutely awesome, and hosts lovely.
Nothing! We even loved the ‘angry’ toilets (macerators in two en-suites)….🤣

The house is in a fabulous location in the centre of Falmouth with incredible views over the water. Lovely,spacious and well equipped accommodation.

How convenient it was to the hub of Falmouth. It was large enough for us to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday with friends and family.
