Queen's Park Residence Apartments

The location was great. It was next to the waterfront Christmas market. The view from the 6th floor was nice. I would not recommend it to anyone though.

The list is very long! Host informed us about the parking slot for our car but it was occupied, so, he suggested us to park to the next slot. The next morning, the parking manager knocked on our door and told us that the owner of that parking lot (where we parked) was angry and willing to call police. I told him that our host suggested that's why we parked. Anyways, we ran to move the car to the original slot which was told by the host. Meanwhile I gave our host's contact number to the parking manager. I don't know what the communication was. The next morning we found a red paper on the car's window asking to move the car with a warning to call police though we were at the right slot! So, the host should improve the communication and customer support. The facilities at the apartment were horrible! We (couple) stayed 3 nights with only one glass and one cup and a few plates. That's all! This should not be an apartment! Information about the hot water was not given to us. We realised when it was running out. The bathroom was very sticky! The kitchen didn't have an exhaust fan! How I could cook in a studio apartment without this!

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much to like about the property.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very disappointing. It does not match the photos, and it’s located about 600 meters from the advertised address. The furniture is old and of poor quality, the sockets seem unsafe, and the place doesn’t feel properly cleaned or maintained. Even the bedding was inadequate — a single-person quilt for a double bed. Overall, the apartment feels neglected and far below expectations. I would not recommend booking it.

Only location was good

The flat was unfortunately very disappointing. It was dirty and felt quite tired overall, with a ruined floor and poor maintenance. I’ve attached 4 photos to show the condition. The smell of the flat itself was horrible. The pillows (not just the covers) had a bad odor, which made it very uncomfortable. The towels had clearly been washed, but they must have stayed in the washing machine for days, as they also smelled terrible. In addition, the photos shown on Booking did not correspond to the room I actually received, which was very misleading. Overall, this was far below expectations and not acceptable for a rental.

The location in great but that's it. The rest needs more atention.

It was not very clean. And they need more attention to details. You will see in the pictures. The apartment is so nice but need more atention. I book this apartment because we need to cook something because we have some alergies but they have only 2 spoons and a knife. The kitchen ustensiles was dirty. The pan was horrible.

Building is nice. Location is fine.

Almost no interest for guiding the visitor. People at reception desk try to avoid giving answers to questions. Almost no help/assistance regarding the reservation. My reservation was at Queen's Park. l was directed to Arcadia building where l stayed. l wanted to extend my stay for another day, but experienced a lots of difficulties.

Comfortable bed, efficient and silent AC, soundproof, new and modern kitchen appliances, large TV, good internet, parking, responsive host, reception

Not being able to locate parking entrance easily. Had to ask for balcony chairs, which were provided quickly, but not so comfortable for relaxing. No tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. A noisy construction site was just accross the street (june 2025) but it was a problem only in the morning as I spent all afternoon hours outside of the appartment (nights were peaceful though).

Lcation

The owner changed the property several times. First time was due to the property not having hot water. The second time we were given a property that has already been occupied, and we had to apologize to the people that we intruded and were embarrassed by when opening the pre-occupied property. The third time we were given the flat number (111B), and we didn’t find the keys after we have gone through his instructions to find them. Then we were told to look for the keys of flat number (111A), which was the fourth and last apartment. And thank god it was unoccupied. We are very displeased by the whole process of getting to the flat and that it took more than 2 hours of changing buildings and moving with our heavy luggage.

Η πρώτη εικόνα που αντίκρισα μπαίνοντας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν ότι κάποιος είχε ξαπλώσει στο κρεβάτι ήδη. Άσχημη μυρωδιά στο κατάλυμα. Τρίχες και σκόνη στην ντουλάπα. Βραστηρας με μαύρη επίστρωση στο εσωτερικό και μυρωδιά καμένου γάλα. Άτακτα τοποθετημένα κοινό σκεπάσματα στην ντουλάπα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από το άτομο που διαχειρίζεται την επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής η οποία διακόπηκε.
