The location — among olive trees on the high ground of Messolonghi — is peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are very well maintained and of high quality. And I didn’t know that Messolonghi (especially around the salt lake) was so special.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the property consists of 4 apartments and the pool area (not just one villa). Your experience may vary depending on who else stays there. But the soundproofing of the apartments is great, which guarantees a good sleep!
Regarding breakfast, just be aware that it consists of toast bread, jam/honey, fruits, juice, and filter coffee at your disposal in your apartment — not a formal breakfast. That was fine for us.
We definitely looked forward to returning with our kids.
