The location was not far from main attractions. Super clean, the pool and gym was a plus

My apartment the refrigerator didn’t work well the fridge side did not get cold and the freezer side did not freeze but stood cold. Also the water pressure was not good at all

New apartment, good beds, good shower

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent stay booked through your platform. From the very beginning, the check-in process was an absolute disaster. The host was completely disorganized and left us waiting at one location, only to then direct us to another — neither of which was even close to the actual apartment. On top of that, he arrived late, and when he finally did show us the property, he seemed to be in a rush and failed to explain things properly. To make matters significantly worse, he did not provide us with the fob required to access the elevator, which caused a serious and completely avoidable inconvenience every time we needed to access the garage. We reached out to him multiple times, but he showed little to no willingness to help or resolve the issues. I also want to flag a serious accuracy problem on your platform: the location shown on Booking.com for this property is incorrect. This was genuinely misleading and deeply frustrating, as the apartment turned out to be far from everything, leaving us entirely dependent on a car for any outing — something that was never made clear in the listing. The apartment itself was acceptable, but between the host's poor service, the check-in chaos, the missing fob, and the inaccurate location on your site, this stay was far below the standard I expect from a Booking.com property. I strongly urge you to review this listing, correct the location information, and address the host's conduct. I expect a response and an appropriate resolution. Thank you.
