Rooms were clean and had great decor/views
Busy street with few mentally ill people roaming or loitering the exterior. Staff weren’t as knowledgeable on check in and check out policies

Staff, location, and shower were all excellent. The hallways smelled wonderful. The lounge on the 7th floor offered wonderful views of downtown LA, the Observatory, the Hollywood sign, and more.
A special shout-out to front desk attendant Lorena, who was super-friendly and helpful.
Electrical outlets in the room need to be checked. We could only charge our phones in the outlet in the bathroom.
Also, the breakfast was a nice added benefit but the menu was the same every day. Recommend altering the menu a bit.
