Just about everything!! The hostel is incredibly clean and well maintained, very helpful staff, great booking service for transport, amazing swimming pool!!

The location isn't great (not very central) but I really didn't mind as it is a quieter and more local neighborhood and it's so easy to just take a tuk tuk to the centre for $2.

I stayed in the private superior room. It was a very big and nice room at the top floor. Very comfortable and clean. I was there to mainly remote work on my laptop and the WiFi was working well ! The staff of the hotel is very friendly and kind. Despite some negative points, I would go again to this hostel if I go back to Phnom Penh and can recommend it.

The room was not well isolated so I could hear all the noise from the swimming pool and restaurant even though I was on the top floor. So if the other guests are very noisy and party in the pool until midnight or later, it’s difficult to sleep. Normally the pool is supposed to close at 23:00 but in my one week stay it happened 3 times that some guests keep partying until after midnight and unfortunately the staff don’t say anything to them. But 5 days out of 7, the guests were calm and respected the closing time. I find the food at the restaurant too expensive and the quality is poor. 20min TukTuk drive from the city center.

Staff were lovely and downstairs was clean, safe and comfortable

The room was poor, bathroom was open at the top in a "twin" so my son and I struggled to feel comfortable using it. Room was an empty shell. Even though I paid for a private room i had to stick to rules that should only be in a dorm. There was literally nothing in the room but the TV and aircon. TV was badly placed and without a headboard it was uncomfortable. Only one switch for a twin so when I went to sleep I would have to crawl over my son or get up which would be fine but lights were so bright it was like a flash bang. Only 1 key card. No fridge, kettle, hairdryer, absolutely nothing. Beds harsh as pillows keep falling off when the mattresses slid along the "base" which was just a piece of wood. If you wanted to see "pool view" you had to crawl up your bed and sit on the pillows. The racket from works was non stop and literally vibrated the room. I mentioned it to staff,just told USUALLY it stops at 5pm. The fact that this is "usual" was not mentioned when I booked. No food from outside and if you bought "grab" you had to eat in the front yard. Woken up at 1am every morning as I was near the "water system " which was loud as in the silence of the morning. I would not recommend the private rooms but if you have money to burn this is a good hostel. I myself would not return as im an early riser and couldn't even get a coffee before 0600.
