Communication was very easy with the agent, Oliver was quite responsive from reservation to check out. Old man was very helpful and kind, made great conversation and was quite patient with all our questions. The garden is spectacular. Love how the rooms are all secluded and very private. Great for weekend getaway.
The fridge was not working in the one bedroom chalet, the TV didn't have a remote so only one channel playing which is channel 100 on DSTV. Understand accomodation is meant to be rustic, but mini braai stand by the entrance of is a little dated.

There was no elctricity on Friday the 26th when we checked in we had to bath in the dark and it come around 21:00 and again on Saturday it was worse when we got there from the mall around 19:00 there was no electricity we had to bath and eat in the dark. The electricity only came back around 11:30 in the morning when we were checking out
