What we loved about the accommodation
The apartment is very well sized and truly spacious, which made it perfect for our family stay. The layout is comfortable, the beds are excellent, and everything felt relaxing and well designed for longer stays. The view from the 14th floor was amazing, overlooking the river and creating a very pleasant atmosphere both during the day and at night. The building is extremely well organized, with 24/7 staff, valet service, and dedicated check-in and check-out personnel, which made everything easy and smooth. The pool area is great, and the location is a big plus — very close to the beach, allowing quick and easy access while still being in a calm and comfortable area.
Although the location is very pleasant and calm, some guests may find it a bit far from South Beach and the main Miami nightlife areas. For us, this quieter setting was actually a positive aspect, but it may not suit everyone. The condo does offer a very good beach service — with chairs, umbrella, and towels — which worked perfectly, and there is a nice bar close to the beach, so beach days were enjoyable. The points for improvement are mostly minor details: the air-conditioning could be cleaner, the bathrooms do not have soap holders, and there are a few small marks or scratches on some walls, likely from previous guests’ luggage. These are small maintenance issues that did not impact the comfort. The downside are the lifts. To few for do many apartments.
