Dimitri and Maria the property managers were amazing. Having a clean pool right there was also amazing. My room was spacious, clean and cool with AC. The small village of Benitses is only at the end of the road! Very easy to walk to everything including to the sea. Old Town Corfu is only a 20-30 minute bus ride away. Just a quick heads up for future travelers: like many places in this region, the plumbing is a bit delicate, so you'll need to use the provided bins for toilet paper rather than flushing it. It’s a small adjustment that keeps the whole system running smoothly!

The tiny shower cabinet wasnt easy to navigate but that's to be expected in Europe.

The location is excellent – very close to the beach, the coastline, and the lively center of everything happening. This was definitely the biggest advantage of the stay. The pool is large, clean, and very nice. The balcony was also enjoyable, with a nice view that made it pleasant to sit outside.

The only parking option is a public parking lot down the beach, which is pretty inconvenient. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are not available to all guests, but only if you buy something from the bar. This is never mentioned on Booking. It felt uncomfortable and unpleasant to be forced to purchase a drink just to sit by the pool for even 20 minutes. The doors slam very loudly, and there is zero soundproofing. Neighbors were very noisy, and there are no quiet hours enforced, so it was hard to rest. The TV didn’t work properly, the pillows were very small, and the mattresses were uncomfortably hard. The Wi-Fi was terrible. During our entire stay I could not connect properly even once. There is not enough space in the room for personal items or cosmetics. The cleaning was poor. The cleaners themselves were so kind and friendly, but we had to re-clean a lot of things ourselves.
