Dirty and false advertising

The landlord tried to make our stay better

The pictures didn’t show the reality. Our room it was dirty full of hairs from everywhere… some of the lamps didn’t work, the toilet had poo marks, the bedroom looked like it was two bedroom apartment but it was one room with two beds, no separation. We had to call the landlord and explain how dirty it was, she tried her best to get a housekeeper to clean it for us. The housekeeper was in a very bad mood, she didn’t say even good evening, did a terrible job, and left. Unfortunately the landlord was good but the experience was very stressful.

Nice cosy appartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the short stay. The location was nice and central, lovely shops and restaurants close by although it is very much end of season we still found some lovely restaurants and bars

Nothing not too like just know that it is beside a busy road which you should be prepared for.

We thought it was a great location.

Nothing really, just wish there had been a toaster. Didn’t like the wasps……. But glad we were not in the apartment with the balcony next to us !!

Disappointing

Good location. Clean

It was very impersonable. COMMUNCIATION was done through text message. The air con didn’t work and woke us up at 6am as it made a very loud noise. It took us ages to find the accommodation as instructions weren’t very clear. No hairdryer as advertised. Overall very disappointing. We paid a lot for no air con and also check was 3pm to 10am which isn’t very good value for money. I would go elsewhere

A lovely and convenient place to stay in Benitses — I’d definitely come back!

The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The location is amazing — just a short walk from everything but still peaceful and quiet. Valeria was very welcoming and made check-in easy and pleasant.

Honestly, nothing major. It was a short stay and everything met my expectations.

Stunning little stay

Stunning little apartment, really clean and welcoming. Staff are lovely and friendly. options for Netflix/Disney and Prime on TV if you have an account which is good as it rained alot when we visited so wasn't stuck with nothing to watch. Apartment was above a lovely little shop which had food etc which again was great as we had cooking facilities and all we needed to cook with. We would definitely stay again

The only small down fall was the room wasn't very sound proof, the balcony doors let alot of noise through so maybe this is something that could be looked at. Also the mattress could do with been changed as it smells old and it permeates the room. other than that no complaints.

Nettes Apartment in einem kleinen Dorf

Das Apartment ist ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, jedoch recht alt. Der Balkon ist geräumig und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt unter einem schönen Zitronenbaum. Direkt neben dem Apartment ist ein Mini Market, das Wasser am Kiesstrand ist recht klar jedoch etwas algig. Man findet einige gute Restaurants an der Hauptstraße.

Nachts war es etwas kalt.

Отель расположен совсем рядом с пляжем. С балкона видно море и деревья с лимонами. Очень приветливый персонал. Рядом магазины, кафе, пляж с комфортным заходом в воду. Уборку делают каждый день, меняют полотенца. Рекомендую это место от души!

Jó elhelyezkedés, de több alapvető hiányosság

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás. Könnyen megközelíthető volt még tömegközlekedéssel is. A légkondicionáló remekül, hatékonyan működött.

A takarítók már reggel 9 órakor kopogtattak, ami nyaralás közben kellemetlen ébresztő volt. A szoba nem hangszigetelt, minden beszélgetés, ajtócsapódás és a szomszéd szobába kopogás jól hallatszott, ami nem volt pihentető. Üzenetben jeleztük, hogy a szobában nincs kávéfőző (a leírással ellentétben), valamint mopra, WC-kefére, serpenyőre és fakanálra/spatulára is szükségünk lenne, de választ egyáltalán nem kaptunk. A konyhában alapvető eszközök hiányoztak, így főzni gyakorlatilag nem lehetett. Az utolsó napon a fürdőszobai szemetes (benne használt WC-papírral) az étkezőasztalon volt hagyva, ami higiéniailag elfogadhatatlan. A leírás szerint a szoba tengerre néző kilátással rendelkezik, azonban valójában csak a szomszéd teraszára nyílt kilátás.

Близько до моря, автобусної зупинки. Вигляд не прямий на море, але був. були всі необхідні прибори для приготування їжі. Що для мене було чудовим. Місцеві магазини дуже дорогі. Краще потратити час і поїхати в Лідл в Керкіра, 40 хв по часу, 6автобус, але економія в 2 або навіть 3 рази на деякі продукти. Дуже гарний лимонний куточок 🍋.

Шумоізоляція. Шум чутно було з головної дороги (але це не є проблемою готелю), та трішки чутно було сусідів через стінку.

מומלץ מאוד!!

הגעתי מוקדם מאוד בבוקר אחרי טיסה ארוכה ולמרות שהצ׳ק אין בצהריים, הצוות המקסים והנפלא ראה כמה הייתי זקוק למיטה ולשינה ועשה מעל ומעבר רק כדי למצוא לי חדר חלופי עד הצהריים!! מקום נפלא עם נוף מהמם ומיקום מושלם וצוות משפחתי ואוהב!

Pristojan apartman ali nije kao što je predstavljen na slikama.

Apartmani su čisti i uredni, domaćini su bili ljubazni i hteli da pomognu oko rent a car, organizacije taksija od aerodroma itd.

Iako piše da ima pogled na more, zapravo nema. Terasa gleda u jednu jako ružnu i napuštenu zgradu, a more se može jedva videti krajičkom oka u levom uglu. Takođe, užasna je galama i buka, jer se terasa nalazi iznad ulice i glavnog puta i noću teško da može da se spava, jedino za zatvorenim vratima od terase, što znači da morate da upalite klimu. Krevet je neudoban i škripi.

Decepcionante

La ubicación en el centro de Benitses.

Las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. No sé el resto de habitaciones pero la nuestra no nos gustó nada. Terraza que daba a un tejado y el aire acondicionado goteaba constantemente hasta inundar la terraza. Los somieres eran viejos, olían fatal y tenían pelos de otros. La puerta de la entrada tenía un hueco por debajo que podía entrar cualquier cosa. Y se te quedaba pegada la mano a los pomos de las puertas. La ducha sin mampara hacia que el baño fuera una piscina. Vamos, decepcionante.
