Quiet, great location, within a short walk to the metro. The apartment is spacious.

The toilet is on suite in one of the rooms. So you if you are in the other room, it is not very practical to use the toilet as you may need to disturb the people in the room. It's still manageable though.

We as a family with 3 kids had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The electric sockets are baby proof, which is usually hard to find. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is quiet. It is well equipped with all basic necessities. The location is great, close to Bus stops, metro and the Park Monceau (lovely for kids also). There is a great kids chair stored in the bedroom cupboard :) we only found it during our last day! Hopefully this info will be shared with future customers.

The check-in procedure via an external form is a bit cumbersome and we were surprised to see that they wanted us to pay in advance a Deposit of 500 €, which we consider disproportionallly high and it was nowhere mentioned on the Booking information /policy site for this apartment. Luckily Booking Customer Service supported us and the property waived the deposit. Other than this, our check-in was very smooth via Keycode access and the communication with the property was positive.

Our stay in Paris was overall a very good experience. We initially booked one apartment, but unfortunately, on Friday afternoon, the washing machine and bathtub started flooding. We immediately contacted Habitat Parisien, and I have to say they reacted very quickly and professionally. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to another apartment which turned out to be even more luxurious at no extra cost. The upgrade was excellent, and we really appreciated how fast and efficiently they handled the situation. Another thing we loved was the convenience they offered: they allowed us to store our luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel much easier. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. One of my friends forgot a cardigan in the apartment after check-out and they kindly brought it back to us the same day. The new apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and with an amazing view of the city. It truly made up for the initial inconvenience.

The only disappointing part was that they had promised to reimburse us for the taxi we took when moving between the two apartments with all our heavy luggage. Even though they were not obligated to do so, it was something they offered themselves. Unfortunately, despite following up several times, we never received the refund as promised.
