Beautiful historic building, very comfortable beds and the apartment is stunning. Great location, close to a bustling piazza, filled with restaurants, bars and cafes. Very clean, welcoming and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. I would definitely visit again.
The bathroom is lovely and my children were so excited to use the hot tub... unfortunately we had no hot/warm water for the duration of our stay. This seems to be a common issue with the apartment and it's such a shame because everything else is so wonderful! I tried to contact the host but communication wasn't great. Also, no WiFi!

El departamento está muy bien y muy bien ubicado para pasear en Roma. Si venís con coche está el Parcheggio via Giulia antes de entrar a la ZTL. Importante decir que es dos pisos por escalera.
El baño se tapaba y no desagotaba bien el agua cada vez que te bañabas. La puerta del baño chico no cerraba. No había tazas. Había un solo mando para el aire acondicionado de toda la casa y no tenía pilas. Para el wifi no había información y tuvimos que escribir para que nos pasen la contraseña.

Amazing central location for exploring Rome (all by foot) and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable overall. Easy walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants and cafes. Easy to locate and instructions were clear.
Unfortunately we experienced several issues during the stay. The shower did not work for most of the trip and was only fixed on the final day. The WiFi was intermittent/unavailable until the final night, and the air conditioning never functioned properly. Communication regarding these issues was quite slow at times, although the host eventually attempted to resolve them.
