The house was just as listed. Clean, spacious, and easy access to the beach. Location was easy to find, host accessible and very communicative day of arrival. This house was one of the better equipped homes I have booked. Lots of kitchen appliances above the basics and good cookware. The house was easily accessible to the state park and minutes away from downtown. Super quiet and the beach was practically private. Kids and adults loved the stay. We would return.
The only issue we had was trash, and it will be an issue that the next family will have following us. Though the host cannot help trash pickup, there needs to be a back up plan. We arrived on Friday to 2 overly full trash bins. Trash pickup is no until Monday. We had 11 people in our party and obviously would have trash between Friday and Monday. We had to ask neighbors to use their bins. We cleaned before we left and the bins were full again. I felt bad for the next arrival, but also wouldn't leave it undone. Overall this was a minor inconvenience
