Overall it was alright...if the room was warm it would have been great!
The neighbourhood is really run down and dirty. Honestly, I was shocked how unmaintained the area is! Looks as if it's Netherlands but left to decay for 50 years. The house itself is clean though but cold... 16 degrees in the room. Overnight the heater stoped working completely and I woke up feeling cold. Anyways, lovely host!

All in all I definitely recommend Chez Opportune based on Price, Cleanliness and the Freindly Host.
The owner is friendly, polite and welcoming. The room was fine for an overnight stay, or even a few nights stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was only staying for one night and arrived quite late (8pm) because of my flight, so it was dark outside when I got to the accommodation. It is a bit dark walking from the accommodation to the city centre at night and there were very few people around, but it was not a problem. For me PRICE was most important and I could not complain about the value for money.
