it was horrible night . sleepless

The owner is kind, polite, and very responsive, which we really appreciated. The house is warm and well-equipped, making it comfortable for a short stay. However, there is no soundproofing at all, and all noises can be heard clearly. Unfortunately, during our overnight stay, there was a party in a house next door or in the building idk... until 2 a.m., which made it impossible to sleep. Since we had to leave at 5 a.m., we ended up staying awake all night.

Inhabitable place

Nothing

The place had mold , filthy, window broken, door not securedly closed, no seat , just an old bed with a throw blanket, smelly and totally inhabitable place. There is no living room just one room with barely nothing in it. Stay away , they are so quick at taking your funds out 3days prior to your check in knowing well enough that the place is rough and they refused to refunds you when you find out about the inhabitable condition. I ended up booking a hotel the same night elsewhere cost me more that they charged me for the air BNB.

Location is horrendous down a dark road in the middle of nowhere, and getting a taxi to or from here is horrendous. The taxis at the airport are all Albanian scammers overcharging.

Nice property for one night stay

Ideal for a one night stay between flights. Communication with owner was excellent and property easy to find. Very clean and comfortable bed. No places to eat near the property but we found an amazing pizza place about 1km away.

It was quite a walk from the airport. Description said 1km but it’s 3km by road. Was walkable but could get a taxi for about 10 euros. The only issue we had which wasn’t the owners fault was the noise. Someone on the ground floor started playing music or watching TV which friends at 11pm with the windows open. There were very loud voices of people talking and laughing and the door bell rang a number of times. This went on until 3am in the morning so prevented a good nights’ sleep.

Pratique mais bruyant

La chambre est situé à seulement 5 min du parking P3 de l’aéroport, cela est donc très pratique pour un vol très tôt. La chambre contient tous les éléments nécessaires pour un court séjour en couple ou seul.

Nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit (de minuit à 1h du matin) par des personnes arrivants dans leur logement et parlent très fort dans le hall d’entrée. Une personnes a même essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre, toujours en parlant extrêmement fort. Une fois dans leur chambre nous entendions toujours ces personnes parler, ce qui nous a empêché de passer une bonne nuit.

Décevant mais mieux que rien

Très proche de l’aéroport. Instructions claires. Quartier ok.

La chambre paraît beaucoup mieux en photo qu’en vrai. Le lit n’était pas DU TOUT comme sur la photo, nous avons eu que 2 petits coussins et une couverture qui ne faisait même pas toute la taille du lit. C’était pas le même matelas non plus, peu confortable. Il y avait des moustiques écrasés sur les murs, de la peinture vraiment mal faite. Quand on est arrivés, la fenêtre était ouverte et donc nous avons eu froid toute la nuit car on n’a pas trouvé de chauffage. C’est vraiment pour une nuit max quoi.

A éviter si vous voulez dormir

La proximité immédiate avec l’aéroport, très pratique

Tout le reste. Impossible de dormir : des chiens ont aboyé sans interruption jusqu’à 1h du matin sous notre fenêtre, puis les voisins du dessus ont mis leur télévision à et on entendait absolument tout. Nous devions nous lever à 5h pour prendre l’avion et n’avons pas fermé l’œil. C’est inacceptable : le but de prendre une chambre à côté de l’aéroport était de pouvoir se reposer, et c’était totalement raté.

Нет микроволновки Одно мусорное ведро весьма скромного размера До аэропорта пешком 40 минут (с чемоданами весьма неблизко!), а такси стоит необоснованно дорого Работающие продуктовые магазины тоже надо поискать

La communication est top avec le propriétaire, très réactif et sympathique ! Recommandation parking gratuit à 30 min marche aéroport Le lieu est facile d accès La chambre est assez grande La douche a de la pression et l'eau est bien chaude Assez de serviettes à dispo Quelques équipements pour manger froid à dispo.

L'insonorisation est casi inexistante, du bruit jusqu'à plus de 5h du matin (télé, discussions... Rien de bien extravagant mais ca donne une idée de l insonorisation... J ai eu des odeurs de tabac froid qui sont remontées plus d'une fois durant la nuit. Literie ok Ce sont ces 2 points négatifs qui ont fait chuter la note

La chambre était très sale, il y avait des cheveux dans le lit et par terre. L’hôte m’a confirmé que les draps étaient propre mais j’en doute encore. Cependant, il m’a gentiment proposé de les changer. L’immeuble est très bruyant, on entend tout…

La localisation et l’échange avec l’hôte.

La chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos, le linge de lit était de basse qualité et la poussière n’avait pas été faite. La fenêtre était ouverte à notre arrivée mais cela n’empêchait pas qu’il y avait une odeur de renfermé.

Sijainti oli oikeasti yli 3 kilometriä, eikä esitetty 1,8. Lakanat olivat vanhat ja likaisen tuntuiset. Pyyhkeet olivat todella pienet. Varo päätäsi, kun menet WC-pöntölle. TV ei toiminut. Ei jääkaappia.

Дуже складно самому попасти в помешкання. В броні вказано корпус А2 , а на самому будинку немає цієї інформації.. І як самому вгадувати чи вірно приїхали , в які двері заходити ?.. Скриньки з ключем вибрати вірну важко.. Якщо заїзд після 22:00 ти не можеш подзвонити адміністратору.. Нам просто перехожі допомогли..

Bij aankomst muffe geur.Vanaf 2uur s'nachts erg luide muziek met ritmische gebonk op de muren.De oorzaak geprobeerd te zoeken met andere mensen die ook niet konden slapen,de lawaai kwam van blok B.Wie dat lawaai maakte konden we niet vinden.Niet meer kunnen slapen. Erg dat zoo iets mag verhuurd worden!
