Great place to stay - we'll be back

Lovely flat with loads of space. Parking was easy and close by. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pans, cooking utensils etc. High standard of furnishing throughout as well as lovely and clean. There was a slight plumbing issue on the morning of our check out. I messaged the host and he responded very quickly and had sent a plumber round to have a look just as we were leaving. If we were looking for somewhere to stay in Northampton again, we would check if this place had availability first as we really liked it.

Truly dog friendly

Clean, warm and comfortable. Loved the dog friendly touches. Treats,dog bowls, bed and mat.

Could have been better

It was clean and spacious and convenient for where we needed to go

We asked for a cot which was confirmed but it wasn’t in the flat. I contacted the owner who said the cleaner forgot to leave it out and gave me the code for the cupboard it was in. The WRONG code! This was all very stressful. We eventually got the right code and the cot. The main light in the smaller double wasn’t working and the large rug in the living room had the corners turned up which was a trip hazard

Disappointing could be a great place and frequent the area regularly

Spacious, good value for size

Freezing cold, tried many times to adjust heating as it was set to off on arrival, no way worked following all instructions given. When reported to owner less than apologetic and unbothered and made it apparent this had been a previous issue. Unable to get hot water out of shower. Smell of marijuana coming from neighbors on arrival Cheap furnishing all ikea quality

Good family accommodation.

The flat was very spacious as advertised. Enjoyed the big living room with a huge television which had Netflix which was a bonus. The bedrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and functional with good towels, toiletries etc. The kitchen was large, modern and very well equipped and we found there were some useful ingredients laid on for cooking, like spices, oil and a variety of teas/coffee. Good experience and right on the racecourse which is very beautiful at this time of the year. A stone's throw from the school my daughter was taking her exams at, so pleased to have found this brilliant accommodation so near and the one nights stay with my family, felt like we were having a family trip away.

The first frontdoor lock to the whole building was a bit wobbly and insecure, but the flat front door was very secure. I think they were having work done to it so it's probably been fixed by now.
