    Tôi và con gái tôi đến khách sạn từ 5h sáng. Tôi có nhờ 1 nhân viên hỗ trợ lấy phòng sớm, nhân viên này thì lịch sự và nhiệt tình. Lát sau khoảng 6h30 thì 1 nhân viên khác trực, tôi có lập lại đề nghị lấy phòng sớm. Người này bảo chưa có phòng nên tôi đã đi cv và lúc 10h tôi có quay lại hỏi đã có phòng chưa thì người này tiếp tục nói chưa. Thế là cha con tôi chờ đến 12h thấy có nhiều khách đã trả phòng và cũng có nhiều khách mới nhận phòng nên lúc 12h15 tôi đã đề nghị cho lấy phòng sớm để con con tôi ngủ một chút để chiều đi cv. Người nhân viên này nói phải làm vệ sinh khoảng 1 tiếng mới cho nhận phòng. Theo tôi nếu không hỗ trợ được việc lấy phòng sớm thì nhân viên này nên yêu cầu khách đi ăn trưa ở đâu đó rồi quay lại lúc 1h để nhận phòng. Đằng này họ ngồi như cha con tôi không có mặt, không có hỏi han gì, cũng không lấy nước cho chúng tôi uống. Tôi đã từng đi chơi và nhận phòng sớm ở nhiều nơi và chưa bao giờ bị tình trạng này. Lúc nhận phòng thì nhận thấy phòng này dành cho tình nhân chứ không phải phòng dành cho 1 người lớn và 1 trẻ em đi cùng. Phòng tương đối nhỏ mà bắt chúng tôi chờ hơn cả tiếng đồng hồ mới cho nhận. Sau đó 2h chiều cha con tôi có cv phải đi tiếp. Đến chiều về vì đã quá mệt mỏi sau cả ngày chờ đợi và đi giải quyết công việc nên sau khi tắm rửa ăn tối xong. Cha con quyết định trả phòng và về ngay trong đêm đó. Đây thật sự là một trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ của tôi về dịch vụ của khách sạn này. Cá nhân tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này.

    The hotel is fine, room was clean and spacious (some rooms have no windows so check before you book). It's <10 minute walk to the beach and about 2km from the center of town. Breakfast was OK, with a nice selection but often some dishes were empty way before ending time. Roof pool is very nice. The bad: there is a bad smell throughout (3 different floors and the bedroom) but not the lobby. It's not quite sewer but quite unpleasant. Once in

    Staffs are kind but hard to communicate in English. Room conditions are not good, but breakfast is good for value.
