Villa Galentino Suite Room

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Galentino Suite Room. The property is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool and outdoor area are fantastic - a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Puglia. My room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate, and the entire property looks just as beautiful in reality as it does in the photos. What made my stay particularly special, however, was the hospitality. I felt genuinely welcome and very well looked after throughout my stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. After seven nights, I was genuinely sorry to leave. Villa Galentino exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip to Puglia. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

The property is new everything was done to the smallest detail. The property is clean the swimming pool is big and perfectly equipped. Nice cold breakfast with a lot types of breads, cheese, tomatoes. The staff is extremely friendly is like a villa run as a family business.

The breakfast could be improved with hot things like scrambled eggs, sausages, etc.

Een kordate sms krijgen op de tweede dag dat je niet dagelijks je handdoeken mag laten vervangen is niet leuk om te ontvangen en geeft een kleine domper op een leuke ontspannende dag. Het stond blijkbaar op een plakker in de badkamer als denk aan het milieu, wij hadden dit niet gelezen en ze rekenen blijkbaar een toeslag als je dit niet respecteert. Het past niet in hoe ze zichzelf als luxe villa willen profileren. Hadden ze ons hier persoonlijk vriendelijk op gewezen had ik er niets van gezegd. Er zat ook enorm veel chloor in het zwembad.

I think the property was very modern and new, and nice in that sense. It was comfortable in terms of the accommodations.

That being said the staff is extremely rude, the check in was incomplete, and the person who checked us in with little information, immediately left afterwards. Nobody is on site i the evening or during the night. They are constantly reprimanding you-without properly explaining the rules for instance, where to park, where to park when there are no parkings left. What to do with pool towels? You cannot have them washed the entire time yu are staying with them and they have no washing machine available to you? Also they will move your things in the room if they feel that they do not want an item of yours on thee couch then send you a whatsapp to tell you what you have done wrong. They remotely close your air conditioning in the day regardless if you are in the room or not. The pool was overchlorinated and gave a couple of guests extreme red patches on their bodies. The breakfast is included yet the owner watches as you eat and whispers to the waitress about you, i had even seen her pointing to guests. It is so unprofessional!
