Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en de rustige ligging hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. Ook de prachtige zonsopkomst en het uitzicht over de zee was fantastisch! Het gezelschap van Oliver was een leuke bonus.
Het slot van de poort gaf soms wat problemen.

Amazing location if you like to stay in the quiet location of Madeira, beautiful views, close to the great local Pastelaria and village bar. Everything you need is in the cottage. The host was very helpful and the cat made our stay even more enjoyable. Close to Funchal, Airport, even to mountains. A really nice, few levadas are just around the corners if you like hiking.
For some people the location may be too rural but for us it was perfect as we love that kind of places and we rented a car so completely not an issue for us. It is on the very steep hill and definitely you need a car if you want to see the whole Madeira.
