Sea View Andrade 3 Bedroom House

Lots of space, a great house with its own garage for the car. A lovely garden for breakfast. A large BBQ area, which we couldn't use due to our short stay. Everything you need for daily life is provided. Communication with the host was excellent.

The downstairs bathroom had a bit of an odor, likely because it is—or was—used too infrequently. But that wasn't a major issue.

Es una casa grande y muy práctica. Está todo muy limpio y tiene vistas al mar y al aeropuerto de Madeira. Se puede ver el amanecer cada mañana. Es una zona tranquila, como una urbanización. Desde la casa se llega en 15-20min a Funchal.

Solo el acceso, que no estamos acostumbrados a esas calles tan pendientes, aunque no hemos tenido ningún problema yendo con cuidado.

La jolie vue dégagée sur la mer. La maison est très propre, bien aménagée. Tout est fourni c'est très pratique. Le garage pour la voiture est un plus. Je recommande cette maison à 100%

La literie n'était pas confortable pour nous (matelas très mou) mais chacun est différent à ce sujet. L'accès par la route est un peu fastidieux

The accommodation was very good and the view was fantastic.. We were only two but the house can easily accommodate up to six. The price was more than ok from our perspective.

It was a little difficult to find a proper way to prepare a coffee (we are heavy coffee drinkers) but the main challenge was to find a proper route to reach the property.. What Google maps suggested was way worse than what I found after about 40 minutes of on foot reconnaissance. I recommend rue Estrada P. Alfredo Vieira de Freitas and, after Posto de Correios de Gaula about 200 m to the right, on the Camino Padre Mario Lobo till the end, it will be a T junction and to the left after 150-200 you will find the house on your right. From my point of view this is the easiest way to reach the place.
