Very nice place. Loved the filtered water already cold in the fridge and the 2 TVs, even though I was solo. Great shower! Enjoyed the outdoor chair/table as I am a smoker.
Could be better with a double burner along with pots and pans. The only real issue was the upstairs tenants. I had to get up at 5 and what sounded like a 3 or 4 yr old (or 2) was having a track meet till after midnight! Other than that, it really would've been a 10.
