Apartment in 4 residence with heated swimming pool parking

Tout était très bien

Muy agradable, fiel a sus fotografías.

Las toallas. Muy raídas y de baja calidad.

Excellent location, Lovely meet and greet by Marina.

There wasn’t a terrace or balcony to sit outside and eat or have an Apéro. Also there wasn’t an iron for clothes. Otherwise very comfortable and happy.

The property was in an excellent location with parking available. Nice to have availability of pool, sauna, Hamman and fitness room. The reception area was nice with games and seating available and there was a nice terrace area. It was easy to walk into the Saint Martin harbour/shopping area where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Good local market. Supermarkets were in easy driving distance. Marina the concierge was excellent. She greeted us on-site with keys for the apartment and provide info about the complex and the area. Extremely helpful and easy to contact.

The apartment itself was ok. Nicely decorated, clean and bright, the bed was comfortable, with a little more attention to detail the apartment could be great. Overall it was poorly equipped. Kitchen equipment was poor with lots of frying pans but only one saucepan, and a jumble of mismatched cutlery and utensils. As there was no oven it would have benefitted from a combi microwave or air fryer. The towels and bedding were worn, there was even a hole in the bed sheet. Although it was fine when we visited in late September the apartment only has shutters, no aircon or fan so may be problematic in a heatwave. The complex itself was looking tired, in need of an update particularly around the pool.
