Toujours à l'ombre car énorme arbre à l'extérieur de la maison excellent pendant la canicule mais moins bien début octobre

Qualité, tranquillité et charme de l'habitation,emplacement,parking privé (un atout à Saint-Martin)
Quelques imprécisions sur le site Booking;adresse exacte( numéro dans la rue 4-6 et non pas 7),prestations (draps et linge de toilette fournis gratuitement contrairement à la description Booking)corrigées sur le message des hôtes lors de la confirmation de la location. Quelques petites lenteurs de communication avec les hôtes(rien de grave)

Super 😀 Un super séjour, grande maison ensoleillée très sympa avec un jardin sans vis-à-vis et tout proche du port. A vélo c'est le top. Nous reviendrons ici même avec grand plaisir.
Cependant nous n'avons pas vraiment apprécié les 150 euros de ménages ..., ça augmente beaucoup le prix de la location , et de partir avant 10h et ne pas pouvoir arriver dans le logement avant 17h. C'est trop tôt le matin et très tard l'après-midi.

Like the area and property location lovely island
The attitude of host ,rude arrogant and impossible to reason with trying to pay breakage deposit had trouble with apt finally got it paid,sat in the street from, 9.30 in the morning until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, a day of our holiday wasted , because he was being unreasonable.
