This apartment served its purpose: providing a reasonably priced accommodation for a two night stay.

The apartment is clean and well equipped for a much longer stay. I think it would provide good value for people who want to stay in Paris for a week or more and be self-sufficient. There's a grocery store across the street and a boulangerie less than a block away. The seafood restaurant next door is good and there's a cafe just up the street. It's also very close to the metro and buses.

Although the access instructions are good, one crucial step provided a grayed out box instead of a photo of the actual location of the key box. This omission created some confusion and resulted in me checking into the apartment much later than I'd anticipated. My phone wasn't working, so I couldn't call the contact number, but I sent two emails to the email address, which remained unanswered. Fortunately, while I was fumbling about in the lobby, the neighbour, who lives downstairs from the apartment, came by and showed me the location of the key box.

Przytulny apartament , blisko do Metra , naprzeciwko sklep, apartament świetnie wyposażony , wygodne łóżka , zapasowe ręczniki , balkon . Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem .

Joli petit appartement près de tous les commodités

Près du métro, épicerie en face, bon petits resto et pâtisseries autour. L’appartement 2 chambres.

Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, nous y étions pendant une canicule, c’était chaud mais au moins il y avait des ventilateurs à disposition.

Die Unterkunft war super! Sehr gut gelegen mit nur wenigen Minuten bis zur Metro-Station. Das Viertel ist optimal für eine Ferienwohnung, da es gleich gegenüber einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei gibt und viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt, und wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher einchecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr unterstützt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
