Lots of space. Modern. Quiet. The beds were all nice and comfortable. The coffee machine. The TVs were all new. The location was perfect for our stay.
Cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better but they were nice.

The apartment was larger than expected, and the kitchen was great. We appreciated the washer/dryer and small communal living room ( we were four adults). The place was clean and came with coffee capsules for a kirk coffee makers which was great for breakfast. Wifi and AC worked well. There is no where to store your luggage before or after check in/put but the host recommended a service which was great.
As others have noted, the address for the hotel on the listing is wrong. It isn't in LES, but in NoHo (across from Bowery Hotel). While not a massive difference, it is a different vibe. About 50 stairs to climb to the third floor.

Mooi en schoon appartement met heerlijke bedden! Genoeg ruimte voor 4 volwassen en 4 kinderen. Goede locatie om Manhattan te verkennen. Metro, supermarkt en lekkere koffie op 5 minuten loopafstand. Contact met host was makkelijk en snel.
