The Space:

Amberly Place, an elegant 4-bedroom, 5 full and 1 half bathroom townhouse set on a quiet, tree-lined street in Tribeca, one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighborhoods. This thoughtfully designed home blends transitional style with warm, modern comfort, creating an inviting space for families, executives, and extended stays. The main living room features soaring 24-foot ceilings and abundant natural light, offering a comfortable setting for both relaxation and entertaining. A forged-iron staircase with Italian marble steps connects each level, adding a distinctive architectural touch. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly, with terraces extending the space outdoors. The Bulthaup-designed kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau, Sub-Zero, and Bosch appliances and ample prep space, ideal for everyday meals or hosting. A rear staircase leads to a butler’s pantry and formal dining room, opening onto a private terrace for easy indoor-outdoor living.



Each of the four bedrooms is designed for comfort and privacy, with high-quality finishes and generous storage. The primary suite offers a calm retreat with arched windows, a spa-like bath, and a dedicated dressing area, while the secondary bedrooms are equally well-appointed. An additional bonus room is set up as a private gym and yoga studio, providing a dedicated space for wellness during your stay. The penthouse level features a flexible office and recreation space with direct access to a two-tier rooftop terrace, offering open views of the Downtown skyline and the Freedom Tower. The rooftop includes a pergola, grill station, and open-air hot tub, ideal for relaxing or entertaining; please note the hot tub is seasonal and typically unavailable from January through March. A dedicated desk is available for guest use in the office (no monitor, keyboard, or mouse provided). Additional features include a private elevator, vaulted wine cellar, soundproof music room, and media lounge with billiards.

The Neighborhood:

Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighborhoods, known for its cobblestone streets, historic loft buildings, and relaxed, upscale feel. You’ll find top dining, boutique shops, and local cafés just steps away, along with easy access to Hudson River Park. Centrally located, it’s minutes from SoHo, the West Village, and the Financial District, with convenient subway access for exploring the rest of the city.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that the fireplace in the main living room is not for guest use. Lighting a fire in the fireplace may pose a fire hazard.



All reservations are subject to owner approval and a background check after booking to confirm the reservation.



Please note that, due to an ongoing leak caused by the recent heavy rains in NYC, we do not recommend accessing the wine cellar until the necessary repairs have been completed in the coming weeks.



Routine property maintenance is required during your stay. Housekeeping will visit weekly, and the maintenance team will service the hot tub and fish tank approximately once per month. Visits will be coordinated with you in advance, and guests are asked to provide access during the scheduled times.



Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, and may result in removal from the property.



For reservations of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay housekeeping service is required every 30 days. The required cleaning fee will be invoiced prior to each scheduled service.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
