Dea Apartment Vlora, Full Sea View

The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the fifth floor was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Communication with the owner before arrival was friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was uncomplicated.

The main issue was the ongoing construction work in the building, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking information. Only the apartments on the upper floor seemed to be completed, while several lower floors were still under construction. From around 7:00 a.m. every morning, there was extremely loud noise from jackhammers and other construction tools that continued throughout the day. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is currently a significant drawback. In addition, the water boiler in the bathroom made a constant high-pitched whistling noise, which was noticeable throughout the apartment. The bathroom also had a musty smell. We reported the boiler issue during our stay, but unfortunately it was not resolved before our departure. After returning home, I informed the owner directly about the issues. He responded very professionally, took the feedback seriously, and explained that he intends to address the bathroom and boiler problems. The construction work, however, is outside of his direct control.
