Apartament foarte confortabil, bucatarie si corp sanitar dotate cu toate utilitatile si consumabile. Racoros datorita obloanelor. Aere conditionate in perfecta stare de functionare.
Liftul din dotarea blocului nu functioneaza corespunzator de aceea in momentul sosirii la destinatie poate fi un disconfort atunci cand trebuie sa te cari cu toate bagajele. Blocul este amplasat sus pe un deal de aceea accesul este de preferat sa fie facut cu masina.
