everything was perfect! rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. the hotel was as fancy as on the pictures. the staff is very friendly, special thanks to Isbendiyar, not only he was there for us every morning during the breakfast (to make coffee, tea, order food) but also helped us by resolving the issue in the room (loud noise was coming from ventilation system)

the hotel is not on G floor, but first one and the way to go there is by a lot of stairs. this was the only inconvenience but only when we checked in and checked out since we needed climb this stairs with our luggage

It was comfortable environment

Location is nice , staff are so friendly , the guys on the reception Isbandiyar and another reception person I didn’t ask for his name was so helpful and friendly

No lift for luggages but the reception person helped us

Удобное местоположение, все рядом. Завтраки отличные,голодным не останешься. В номерах чисто, удобный матрас, немного крутая лестница на 2 этаж, но не критично. Большие кровати, хороший напор воды. Кондиционер справлялся на отлично. Персонал приветливы, понравился мальчик Orxan, на ресепшен, помогал при любом вопросе, выдали утюг и стулья по просьбе. Проживанием довольны, вернемся снова и будем советовать друзьям.
