The apartment was cleaned and comfortable bed was big enough and comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything that needs for cooking.good things free pick up from airport and supermarket are very close.

A true 5-star experience at the price of a 3-star hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything, situated between the Old City and the city center, as well as the Heydar Aliyev Center. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel that has practically everything you might need. A receptionist is available 24/7, and whenever an issue arises, the staff responds immediately and resolves it quickly. The facilities are excellent, with reliable hot water and spacious suites. The windows can be opened, which is a great advantage. Housekeeping is provided daily, and they regularly replenish toiletries, toothbrushes, and high-quality towels. Overall, an excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay.

There are a few minor points worth noting. First, I would recommend requesting a room on the highest floor possible, as noise from the apartments above can sometimes be heard. In addition, the gym and swimming pool are located in an adjacent building. While this is not the most convenient arrangement, it is manageable—bringing a bathrobe or comfortable clothing for the short walk between the two buildings can make it much easier. The main drawback we noticed was a slight damp or musty smell in some areas. Aside from that, our overall experience was very positive, and the hotel offers excellent value for the price.

The location is ideal if you need a place near the tourist area. The hotel is at a walking distance from 28 May metro station, and the bus to the airport leaves from the stop in front of that station. The tourist area is also close and you can walk safely. The cleaning service was really efficient. They keep the room tidy and change your towels on a daily basis. My room had a lovely view of the city, and the room temperature was fine.

Having to leave the building for breakfast around the corner. It’s super inconvenient, especially if you want to go back to your room after breakfast. I mean you basically need to get dressed for breakfast because you must leave the hotel. Another downside is that the price only includes transfer from the airport to the hotel, which is unclear in the offer description. To add insult to injury, the receptionist failed to offer a solution. When I asked for the transfer, he just said that I was confused. He didn’t even try to offer alternatives like letting me know about the bus to the airport, which leaves the station close to the hotel. Or offering to find a taxi would have been kinder. Another problem was the lack of Wi-Fi and the terrible smell coming out of the sink in the kitchen. Fortunately, the problem was fixed as soon as I reported it. Finally, the building is not as modern as other hotels. No card to access your room, but an old key, which seemed pretty safe, but still looking really old.
