Perfect place . Really clean . Staff very friendly always helpful.. it’s basic but it has everything you need . Although I didn’t try it out . You can have a nice massage.I will be booking it again next year when I return

We needed a place to stay that was en route to Download Festival and this hotel was within a short walk from the bus stops needed to get us there and back.
Also only 15 minutes into the town centre.
Property was clean, comfortable and suitably priced.
It was more than suitable for our needs.

our room was swapped to another room of the same type due to ours being very hot as the sun was on the windows. the fan was a little noisy when it turned, that said the staff were exceptional, the hotel was excellent value for money clean and tidy.
Nothing, getting back in after hours was a little awkward , but there was someone available to let us in

I stayed at this budget guest house and it was cheap but very basic. The bedroom was as described but with very little else (eg no toilet).
The establishment also offers a Thai restaurant and massage service which I did not use..
