The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed hearing beautiful bird songs.
There are a few cafes and a small shop nearby.
Towels and sheets seemed clean.
The listing was deceiving. We booked this apartment based on advertised two bathrooms, but really there is only one full bathroom with a shower. The other is 1/2 bath, i.e. toilet and sink only. Very inconvenient for 4 adults.
Some liquid was provided for soap, but in the half bath the dispenser was broken.
The shower was leaking creating puddles on floor.
There were no hooks for towels in the bathrooms, only small warmers. Not very practical for four large towels.
There were ZERO utensils to eat with. No forks, no spoons, not a single knife.
No wine opener.
There was a grater, kitchen scale and a ladle though.
The rug in the living room was stained and rather gross.
There was a thick layer of dust on at least one of the nightstands (I didn’t ask others to not bring them further down with disappointment)
Apartment location, ok, but it’s on a busy street, so not pleasant to walk on, and rather far from center if you are walking and sightseeing all day.
The mini splits barely worked- set on 17C, maybe lowered the temp by a couple degrees if at all.

Very clean, modern, well equipped, easy self check in- very happy with stay! More walkable to the sights than expected, can see the duomo from just down the road!
