Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist okay. Hafen oder Innenstadt nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt. Schlüssel Übergabe ist unkompliziert und schnell. Preis Leistung ist Top unschlagbar.
Der Parkplatz ist zwar vorhanden. 15 € die Nacht/Tag Aber man Parkt ca. 70 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und direkt vor deine Haustür steht 1meter entfernt(Parkt) ein fremdes Auto. Die Aufteilung für das Geld könnte etwas besser sein.

The shower pan was slanted towards the bathroom floor and had no barrier to keep the water from draining on to the bathroom floor.

Bequemes Bett, kleine Küche und schönes Bad. Klein aber geräumig. Unterkunft in der Wohnsiedlung, privaten Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, für ein Schlafplatz und Dusche perfekt.
Eigentlich alles in Ordnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten, die uns persönlich betroffen haben: - Wasser läuft außerhalb der Dusche ab - Schlafzimmertür klemmt/lässt sich nicht schließen - Nachttischlampe ohne Funktion - Parkplatz Auskunft nur, wenn man davor zahlt. Hier war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da die Parkplätze nicht ausgeschildert sind und man nur Auskunft bekommt wenn man zahlt. Wenn ich aber nicht weiß ob man parken kann, zahle ich nicht vorab über Paypal..
