Pleasant and stylish guest house, comfortable en-suite room, fridge with milk and water, very good cooked breakfast. Adequate parking, nice location near to town centre

The staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. They were accommodating and had the room ready when we arrived. It was a short stay but we wish you could have stayed longer!

Very pleasant experience, would recommend!

Really nice room with all the facilities you would expect from a more expensive hotel, including an en suite shower/ toilet. Plenty of supplies to make hot drinks, cold water also available. Full breakfast included. Bed was comfortable and loads of channels to watch on the TV. Free wifi was good. Host was very friendly and even offered to pick me up from the station.

I walked from the train station and found it a little hard to find, as it was set back from the main road.

Memorable stay in a charming guest house with a fascinating host.

Nothing was too much trouble for our charming, friendly host, Pete. Comfortable bedroom with spotless bathroom. An excellent breakfast in tasteful surroundings and a beer in the garden in the afternoon sun. Great start point for a cycle ride to Mevagissey and a short walk into the town centre finds the Wetherspoons. No praise could be too high for this guest house.

There's no way to improve this accommodation.

Perfect B and B in St. Austell.

Excellent. What a really good bed and breakfast should be. Peter is an extremely good host. We got a lovely welcome, a clean and well equipped room with a super comfortable bed, an efficient shower, luxurious towels, and a fantastic breakfast. The strawberries from the garden were delicious. Great location and easy parking. If you need a b and b in St. Austell, go for this one.

Comfy accommodation in a very good location just off the main A Road and walking distance to town. Very close to the Arts Centre. On site parking a bonus. Nice breakfast.

Friendly and accommodating

Hosts were excellent - couldn't have been anymore accommodating and were happy to serve breakfast earlier than usual so that effort was greatly appreciated. Also the shared fridge on the landing was a nice touch so that guests can have fresh milk for a cup of tea!

The mattress was just a bit too hard for me personally but that's due to back problems and no reflection on the hosts!

Alles in allem wurden wir sehr verwöhnt und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Der Hausherr war überaus freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Das beste Frühstück auf der ganzen Reise. Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad nagelneu und komfortabel.

Die Toilette und der Spiegel waren nicht ganz sauber und es war manchmal schlecht gelüftet. Das Haus liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, deshalb war es tagsüber sehr laut. Nachts war es ok.
