There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

A true home away from home We recently stayed in this wonderful holiday home and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door it felt warm, welcoming and genuinely like our own place rather than a temporary rental. The house is thoughtfully furnished, spotlessly clean and full of those little touches that make all the difference – soft towels, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you actually need, comfortable beds and a cosy living area that invited us to relax after long days out. It had that rare quality of feeling lived-in and loved without being cluttered. The location was perfect too – peaceful yet convenient for exploring, with a lovely outdoor space where we could unwind with a coffee or beer. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We left feeling properly rested and already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a holiday home that doesn’t just provide a roof but actually feels like home, this is it. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return.

Paston 30 was a great place to stay and the property was clean and tidy. Being so close to Caister Beach was great and enabled us to have some great walks. We had 6 adults staying with two dogs which made space a little tight but having two bathrooms was a bonus.

The accommodation was clean and tidy throughout, with comfortable beds and the added bonus of supplied bedding and towels, which made things much easier. It’s set in a lovely quiet cul‑de‑sac area of the park, yet still close enough to all facilities and an easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was quick, clear and really helpful.

We didn’t dislike anything about our stay, but a brief welcome pack would be really helpful — just some basic information about the heating, appliance cycles, and local area. The only issue was that the dishwasher wasn’t working, which was a shame as we specifically choose accommodation with one to avoid washing up on holiday. We let the owners know and they responded extremely quickly, doing everything they could to try to resolve it.
