    It would be great if the shuttle can be made in hourly basis. Easy accessible to the city with the boat shuttle at the back of the hotel

    The lower room rates here come with some significant tradeoffs, particularly the location. The hotel is away from the areas most visitors would normally want to be, with little of interest nearby, and sits directly beside a major highway. Traffic noise in my room was substantial and the windows provided little sound insulation. I had specifically requested a quiet room at the end of the hallway and as far as possible from the elevators and high-traffic areas. Unfortunately, that request was essentially disregarded. I was placed almost opposite the elevators and on the noisy highway side of the building. The Executive Room was clean, reasonably spacious and functional, but very basic with little that felt “executive.” The thermostat also didn’t work properly, so the AC continued cooling regardless of the temperature setting and had to be turned on and off manually. The top-floor hallway was disappointing as well. Unlike other floors, there was no air-conditioning, doors were propped open for ventilation, and housekeeping items were left in the corridor. Breakfast was adequate. The rooms are relatively inexpensive, but the location, highway noise, maintenance issues and lack of attention to guest requests explain some of the price difference.
