Even though the rooms are clean, there was a foul smell lingering the whole time. The bathroom accessories and plumbing are very old and rusty. The sanitary items really needs a revamp.
Location-wise, I came here for my US visa biometrics. Although this place has "BKC" in its name, it is misleading since it is located on LBS Marg. It is actually quite far from the visa centre, and the surrounding area is very shabby and unclean.
The staff, however, was courteous and polite. You can order food to your room, but only vegetarian options are available. Also, food charges cannot be connected to your hotel room bill.
