    The place is a bit hard to reach because it is uphill, and no cars are allowed in the ridge area. However, the overall experience was great. Main attractions like the Ridge, Jhakoo, and Mall Road are within walking distance! The rooms were also well cleaned and well-maintained, and the staff were lovely too.

    Personally, I loved the location. It's a bit of a hike from the mall road which some visitors might find inconvenient. The in-house Glu platform also makes it convenient to order food, book for vehicle rentals and cabs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Mr Sandeep and Mr Harshit for making the experience even more pleasant. Looking forward to coming back here again.

    The property is not suitable for couples or families at all. I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable bringing your own basic essentials like water, cutlery, or even a glass, because basic facilities and room service are almost non-existent. By 9 PM, the staff had already started knocking on the door asking us to lower the TV/music volume, calling it a “quiet property,” despite there being multiple bars just a short walk away from the property. The service was extremely disappointing. The reception staff’s only response to every issue was to “send the request via the app or WhatsApp.” Almost everything comes with an extra charge. There was no AC and not even a fan in the room, which is unacceptable considering the pricing. I honestly would not book again or consider staying at any Hosteller property in the future if this is the level of service being provided. Also, the advance payment model should be reconsidered. Guests should ideally be charged on arrival after being clearly informed about all the terms, conditions, facilities, and extra charges beforehand.
