Boracay Paradise Hotel

Overall good.

Nasa main road sya, tabi ng d palengke and jollibee pero hindi rinig yung ingay sa mga room. For a solo traveller, better choice ito than hostels with bunk bed, may own queen size bed, own cr and may balcony pa yung na-assign na room sakin kaya mas may space to move and privacy. May tao naman palagi sa front desk except kapag breaks nila - cheerful din sila, palaging naggreet, mabait din yung owner. May security deposit na 1k, and naibalik naman agad sa gcash. Recommended sya for me. Naging comfortable naman stay ko.

Clean, Convenient, Great Value A clean and well-located property with friendly staff and good facilities. The bathroom, hot water, and Wi-Fi were all positive highlights, while transport was also convenient. Overall, it offers a comfortable stay and excellent value for money. They also upgraded our room to a much bigger room with tv and ref. thank you!

I booked a standard room good for two, but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that they were fully booked and might need to transfer me to a family room. I declined because I was staying alone. What disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I asked what they were going to do about my confirmed booking, the receptionist seemed unsure and couldn’t provide a clear answer. She mentioned that she was the only one on duty and that reception was only available until 7 PM, which wasn’t really relevant to my concern. I ended up waiting while she contacted her manager to decide whether I would be upgraded or what they could do. Eventually, I was given Room 2I, which was honestly very disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bathroom appeared to have been installed within the room without proper ventilation or an exhaust system. The bathroom ceiling is also connected to the bedroom, so every time you use the bathroom, the smell spreads throughout the room. Other issues: • No charging station or outlet beside the bed, so you have to get up just to charge your phone. • The bed was uncomfortable. • No bed enhancer or proper mattress support. • Overall, the room did not feel properly prepared for a guest. I understand that hotels can encounter situations where they are fully booked, but what matters is how the situation is handled. I expected better communication, professionalism, and, most importantly, a clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
