Easy Rental Serviced Apartment in CFC New Cairo

The apartment itself was clean, beds were comfortable, location is perfect. However upon arrival I noticed a bad smell in the master bathroom, only to find that the shower floor was completely destroyed and covered with shower mats. I am sure the management knew ahead of time that this was the case and that this shower was not usable and rented the apartment anyway. After complaining, the next day, they did move us to a different apartment which resulted in us wasting almost one whole day moving and having to cancel all our plans for that day. The new apartment was nice. I asked them to give me one extra night without charge bc I had to have one extra day to complete my schedule that was canceled because of the wasted time in moving. After A LOT of arguing and A LOT of back and forth, they did compensate with one extra night but they made me check out at 7 am which was very inconvenient.
