Clean, and access to the waters
We’re tall, and the ceiling slopes so we were crouching when we went down the hall. The elevator closed on my arm and hurt, bruised me.

Spa facilities
Spa opened too late and closed too early, the hours needed extending. The bedroom was always too cold and additional lighting in the form of lamps were needed. Fresh water should've been delivered daily and a general lack of access to staff cheapened the experience. It felt like cost saving measures were extreme for the price of the room.
