L’accueil extrêmement chaleureux de toute la direction de hôtel, le confort de l’établissement et de ses équipements, les services mis à disposition, l’emplacement, etc.
Le petit déjeuner semble recherché et travaillé avec de bons produits locaux. Il reste cependant assez cher et manque de variété selon moi.

L’accès gratuit (l’après-midi en résident simple) à un vrai espace balneo avec spa bien équipé, hammam et sauna. La deco est élégante et récente, l’établissement surplombe la ville avec une belle vue. Le studio est très agréable avec une jolie kitchenette bien équipée.
L’absence de climatisation lorsqu’il fait très chaud dehors. Le ventilateur permet néanmoins de supporter la chaleur.

Spa facilities
Spa opened too late and closed too early, the hours needed extending. The bedroom was always too cold and additional lighting in the form of lamps were needed. Fresh water should've been delivered daily and a general lack of access to staff cheapened the experience. It felt like cost saving measures were extreme for the price of the room.
