Paraiso Lima -Luxury King Suite with Private Jacuzzi Balcony-5 min to La Fortuna

Wonderful communication ahead of time from Yasmin, and Maria the housekeeper was fantastic when we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was wonderful for our stay. After a long day of adventure and hiking, the jacuzzi and hammock were so nice. The shower was very nice as well and the bed was very comfy. The TV included streaming. There was wine provided as well for an additional charge. Wishing Maria the best, she was so sweet!

The property was very clean, safe and comfortable. It is found in a row of several vacation homes- but secured through a gate with a code. The bed was VERY comfortable, I would recommend staying there. Yasmin, our host was extremely responsive and had great information. Amazing host! Maria, the groundskeeper was extremely hospitable and a very kind woman. We felt very safe at this property (we were two women traveling alone)

The only negative is that it was a bit difficult to find at night, specially since we didn’t have our own vehicle and had to rely on Ubers to pick us up/ drop us off at the location. While it is a short drive to downtown la Fortuna, and a great location - it is not walkable. If you don’t have a rental, expect to be Ubering everywhere, I do not recommend walking.

Host was very easy to message with and responded quickly. Directions to the place were easy to follow so we had no difficulty finding it. Once we got there, Maria was there to help us get in and gave us a quick walk thru. It was perfect for us and the few days we were there. Very clean and had everything needed for us to cook up a few meals. The bed was comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck watching and listening to the birds. Not far at all from town- we never walked it only b/c we had a car.

We arrived at night, so it was a bit hard to tell exactly which house was ours. Ours was to be a lime green house, but most of them are only slightly different shades of green. It might help to have the houses labeled more clearly with a number- and they might be, we just missed it if they are. Luckily Maria was there and was able to help us figure out where we needed to be. It wasn't a problem at all, and we laughed about it in the morning when we saw we weren't the only green house.
