Absolute Katastrophe !! NICHT BUCHEN ABZOCKE !!

Warnung! Finger weg von dieser „Unterkunft“ – schlimmer geht es nicht! Das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Diese „Unterkunft“ ist eine absolute Zumutung und grenzt schon an Betrug. Wir kamen um 20 Uhr an, im Haus leben wohl mehr als 20 Menschen hauptsächlich Asylanten… – das Zimmer war nicht einmal geputzt. Man schickte uns einfach raus und ließ uns eine Stunde warten. Was wir danach vorgefunden haben, war unbeschreiblich: alles komplett heruntergekommen und verdreckt. Die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen, sondern voller Flecken, Haare und Gestank – so etwas ist einfach nur widerlich! Teilweise waren die Zimmer sogar noch belegt, Ersatz gab es nicht oder nur in völlig verdrecktem Zustand. Sicherheit = null. Zimmer lassen sich nicht abschließen, Türen standen vor unserer Ankunft offen. Man fühlt sich hier zu keiner Sekunde sicher oder wohl. Besonders schockierend: Ein minderjähriger Junge musste die Zimmer reinigen – absolut inakzeptabel und eigentlich ein Skandal! Das Personal ist unhöflich, uneinsichtig und überhaupt nicht bereit, irgendeine Lösung anzubieten. Rückerstattung? Vergessen Sie es. Man wird hier regelrecht abgezockt. Fazit: Eine Katastrophe von A bis Z, die schlechteste und ekelhafteste Unterkunft, die man sich vorstellen kann. Booking sollte diesen Anbieter sofort aus dem Programm nehmen. Wer hier bucht, ist selbst schuld!

Unsauberes Hostel, keine Empfehlung

Nichts.

Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, wenn man Fragen hat, weiß man nicht, wo das Personal sich aufhält. Beim Ankommen findet man kein deutliches Schild, wo die Eingangstür des Hostels ist. Der Fußboden war nicht sauber, die Badezimmer waren nicht sauber, sie Toilettensitze waren locker, und Toiletten/Pissoir schmutzig. Die Duschtür war kaputt. Man hat das Gefühl, dass sich niemand um das Gebäude kümmert. Gelegentlich wurde der Boden gewischt. Teilweise roch es im Gang und Badezimmer unangenehm. Es war kein angenehmer Aufenthalt und für die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit viel zu teuer. Es wundert mich, dass es als Hotel dargestellt wird. Es hat eher Hostelqualität.

Un hostal fantasma

La cama era confortable. Parecía todo renovado y limpio.

Nadie nos recibió a pesar de haber avisado de nuestra llegada tarde, antes de las 22hs (ellos ponen hasta las 23hs !), no respondieron nunca. Al llegar todo estaba oscuro y apagado. Parecía un hostal fantasma, llamamos por teléfono pero nadie contestó. Nos asustamos. Casualmente el check in box de la entrada estaba descodificado y encontramos la llave para entrar, pero no habia nadie! probamos de abrir puertas hasta que una estaba abierta, cumplía las características básicas de nuestra reserva y estaba limpia, nos instalamos allí. No habia toallas ni papel higiénico (baño compartido☹️), había una nevera pequeña que no funcionaba (la obviamos), laTV sin mando, pero pudimos dormir. No lo recomendamos ... deberían corregir la comunicación con los huespedes! Una lástima.

Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Geen wc op de kamer. Toilet op de gang had een kapotte wc bril en geen papier.
