Everything was great. Well equipped with good appliances and a fantastic shower. Little things like fresh milk, coffee and biscuits on arrival make the difference. Lovely and quiet and a short walk from the local pub which also does a good menu choice. Would have no hesitation on booking again if we visit Exmouth again.
If I have to be trivia about anything then perhaps a wall mounted mirror away from the bathroom would be a help (according to my wife) as the little mirror apparently isn't big enough.

Excellent location-close to beaches, country walks are available straight from property. The property has all necessary equipment/furnishing which made our stay very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
Personally, for me, a better quality bed and mattress would have made it an excellent stay.

Nice and clean, welcoming tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Fresh eggs from their own chickens (loved the chickens). Regular buses just round the corner.
Quilt on bedsettee was too small needed a three quarter not a single. Other than that nothing.
