The location was perfect for restaurants/beach/walks.

Lovely location for exploring Madeira, small village with a friendly feel but everything we needed and easy access to the surrounding areas The surf nest was a lovely place to stay, check in straight forward and although we didn't meet Audrey she was easy to contact if needed. Very well equipped for a short let, like having a home away from home made it a comfortable and easy stay because we knew we had everything we needed, (including simple things like tupperware so we could take lunch onto the trails with us) I would say this was a good value stay for how well equipped it was The bed was very comfortable and the room dark so we slept very well each night We would absolutely return if visiting again!

Das Apartment bietet angenehm viel Platz und ist wirklich extrem gut ausgestattet. Meh als ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Koch-Utensilien, sogar Einkaufstaschen. Und sogar 2 Sofas - rotal toll Mit der Waschmaschine konnten wir einen Teil unserer Urlaubswäsche bereits gewaschen mit nach Hause nehmen. Die Lage in Machico ist super, zu Fuß zum Meer, in die Stadt, zu den Restaurants - alles easy. Ein großer Supermarkt (Continente) isst auch im Ort. Zu diesem könnte man auch laufen, wenn man wollte. Direkt um die Ecke des Gebäudes ist eine tolle Bar. Dort gibts Bierchen, Poncha und auch Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Alles perfekt. Ach ja, Parken. Es gäbe einen Platz in der Tiefgarage unterhalb des Gebäudes. Die Zufahrt ist eher steil und vor allem schmal, so das wir immer draussen in der Umgebung geparkt haben. Das hat manchmal nennMoment gedauert, einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber insgesamt unkritisch. Nur zum empfehlen😎🫶
