Good location, very smart.
Sheets were very dirty! This is a big issue! We had a twin room, both with dirty sheets (not just dirt but yellow patches), and then changed room and still had dirty sheets. Then sheets were changed and the new ones were dirty!

The location is very convenient. Easy to find good food with reasonable price. Walking distance to Kuta Mandalika beach. Will surely return for the next visit to Mandalika.
The only downside is sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sewage. I do hope the management will solve the matter permanently instead of keep opening the floor drain to get rid of the smell temporarily.
