The photos were very accurate. The villa is located in a closed complex Zeus, just a few minutes driving from a lovely village Afitos. The location is quiet, with beautiful sea view and access to the beach (feeling of a private beach with only few people there). The pool was very clean, regularly maintained by a professional company even during our stay. The water was perfectly warm. We appreciated extra pool towels. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Each room has an air-conditioning. The two bedrooms at the bottom floor stayed cold enough to avoid the usage of the air-conditioning completely most of the days during our stay (despite hot weather up to 37 Celsius). The top floor bedrooms and pool terrace provide luxurious sea view. It is worthy to wake up early for the sun rise.
The sea was phantastic - warm and clean. There are few tiny beaches next to each other just below villa, all having mixture of sand and small stones which do not hurt feet, divided from each other by rocks. You can choose between shallow and medium steep access. About 50m from the shore, the sea gives you a Caribic feeling - the turquise crystal clear water and pure sand underneath, with the depth suddenly starting from 1,5 meters.
There’s an automatic gate to enter Zeus complex. Having only 1 remote control requires little time synchronization for 2 cars (arrivals and leavings).
The swimming pool is not ideal for small children - the depth starts at cca 1,2 and increases rapidly to 2 m. We actually fully enjoyed it (2 families with 5 teenagers).
The rest of “negative” comments are of regional character: tap water is not drinkable. Return path from the sea is a little fitness :).
