Heaps of space, comfortable beds and bonus en-suite, well fitted kitchen. Location was walkable to trams, Fitzroy Gardens and the city if you wanted
Air conditioner in main living area didn’t work. Lucky for us we only had one hot day/night.
Could have used more dishwasher tabs too as we were the 6 days.
No parking- we didn’t need a car while in Melbourne, but travelled from regional Victoria so had a car. Found a long term carpark which was cheaper than the daily rate.

Comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Full-sized refrigerator, and adequate kitchen equipment. 2 bathrooms, clean and efficient - excellent water pressure, generous allocation of quality towels. An outdoor area with small dining table and chairs. Able to walk to train station, hospitals, cafes.
We were in a downstairs unit, and lots of noise as people above walked around their unit.
Some difficulty with booking system with Urban Rest, but staff assisted on the phone.
Otherwise everything was very good.

Great location
Musty smell. The noise from other apartments was terrible. Everything passed through the floor chairs talking and walking
